About Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa!
Are you tired of all of the demands put on mothers? Maybe you’re a new mom learning the ropes. It can be so overwhelming.
I have dedicated my career to helping moms like you. Moms who work their tail off to do what they can for their families, friends, and community and still feel like its not enough. Striving to be the best no matter what the situation. This can cause burn out and frustration and even rage. A reset is needed. You are enough. I can offer new perspective on mothering in today’s crazy world that will help normalize what you are feeling but also help get you back on track to feeling more balanced. This new balance will help create a space for YOU in your own life.
Let’s work together to achieve this goal. I have helped countless other mothers do this and I can help you too! Schedule an appointment with me today so we can get started.
To tell you more about myself, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Marquette University and my master’s degree in social work at Aurora University.

I do not subscribe to one specific method of treatment. Instead, I choose to utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual’s biological, psychological, and social needs. I like to explore what immediate changes I can assist you with to be more functional in your daily life.
I am married and have four wonderful kiddos. In my free time I love to read books, craft, and take adventures with my family. My kids are involved in many sports endeavors that keep me busy the rest of the time that I have available.
