Mackenzie Bailey is a master’s-level therapist who has completed the Illinois requirements for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure and is currently awaiting the official issuance of her license. She provides a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves openly and feel supported.
Mackenzie takes a collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized approach, helping clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Background
Education and experience
Mackenzie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School. Prior to graduate school, she worked with a mental health crisis hotline, supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health concerns and helping connect individuals and families with appropriate resources and support.
Mackenzie has met all Illinois requirements for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure and successfully passed the Illinois LPC licensing examination. She is currently awaiting the official issuance of her Illinois license.
