Who am I ?

I am Jenny Patel, a master’s level intern. I am currently about to obtain my degree in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Psychology! I am here to help you or your child feel empowered to fulfill their desires in life and make positive changes.

My approach to counseling is through compassion, transparency, and non-judgmental feedback by creating a safe environment for everyone. I work to help you or your child identify their desires and potential hidden under the cloud of anxiety, depression, apathy, negative thoughts and insecurities. Through various therapeutic approaches my aspiration is to bring awareness to the internal struggle anyone feels whether they are adult or children and help them flourish.
