Hi, I’m Leah Varughis. I’m a passionate and dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards personal growth and emotional well-being. With a background in Counseling Psychology, I have honed my skills to provide empathetic and effective therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy is grounded in Humanistic-Liberation Psychology. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, navigate challenges, and build a fulfilling life.

Leah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University. Leah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School. She is working under the direct supervision of Clinical Director/Owner Christine Bellosa MA, LCPC.
