Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with over 15 years of experience in the psychology/counseling field. My focus is to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere in order to help individuals improve their lives through education, insight and change.

I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in Psychology (Human Development) from National-Louis University. I also have a post master’s graduate certificate in Counseling.

I emphasize the importance of a highly personalized approach, tailored to each of my client’s individual needs, in order to attain positive growth. I practice a variety of treatment options including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Structured Teaching, relaxation training and couple/family therapy techniques. Areas of focus I have special training and experience includes: Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder with and without Hyperactivity, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, social skills issues, school/behavioral issues, as well as parent/child conflict resolution.
I also work with individuals who are dealing with general mental illness, depression, stress management, adjustment disorders, substance abuse, parenting & life skills, and relationship issues. Besides private practice, I have had experience working in various settings such as behavioral health hospital (in-patient & out-patient), non-profit Autism Resource Agency, residential treatment, various school settings, and state youth corrections. I am a member in good standing with The Illinois Counseling Association and The Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association.

As the group practice owner, Christine oversees all aspects of the practice and provides supervision and consultation for all therapists on the team s needed. She is currently not available to take on new patients, but will help provide the best match of patient to therapist.
