Hi, I’m Jenny Patel and I am here to help you feel empowered to fulfill your aspirations in life and make positive changes. I provide my clients with a safe place and different ways to approach any problem. My goal is for my clients to have a space where they are able to fully express their feelings, emotions,
thoughts, problems, and struggles.

My approach to counseling is through compassion, transparency, and non-judgmental feedback by creating a safe environment for everyone. I work to help clients identify their goals and overcome difficulties. My aim is to unearth clients’ hidden potential under the cloud of anxiety, depression, apathy, negative thoughts, or insecurities. Through various therapeutic approaches my hope is to bring awareness to the internal struggle anyone feels and help them flourish.

Jenny passed the Illinois Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) exam in May 2024 and is waiting for the state (IDFPR) to issue her license number. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School. Jenny also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Certificate in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington.

Jenny has experience working in various settings including schools, community mental health, group homes, ABA therapy and private practice.
