Education/Professional Experience:
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State university and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School.
I have experience supporting adults with eating disorders in residential and partial hospitalization levels of care.
My work is guided by a Health At Every Size® (HAES) lens and a weight-neutral, anti-diet framework. I believe each client is the expert of their own life, and I bring curiosity, honesty, and compassion to help clients live authentically in a way that feels supportive to them.
