About Elli
Managing your emotions and life challenges does not have to be something you do on your own. By identifying personal barriers and understanding your story, together we can unpack and release the things that no longer serve you.
Whether you’re facing tough transitions or just feeling like you’re handling so much all at once, I hope to guide you in taking the shame out of emotions, —while making space for humor, celebration, and emotional clarity.
